This full-time, permanent position is based in a well-equipped workshop, operating Monday to Friday with no weekend work required. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations, manage a team of fitters, and ensure that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Workshop Foreman – Plant & Pump Hire, your responsibilities will include:
– Supervising a team of fitters and service engineers
– Ordering spare parts and managing inventory
– Handling breakdown calls from customers
– Maintaining health and safety standards

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Workshop Foreman – Plant & Pump Hire role will possess:

– A strong mechanical or engineering background within the Plant / Diesel Equipment Hire industry
