We need an experienced Plant Hire sales person with some operational experience. Joining a rapidly growing Plant Hire business, you will be tasked with bringing in new business, together with growing existing accounts. A Sales Professional with drive, passion & self-motivation who can demonstrate their previous success in a similar position. Working within Cumbria, this is a full time, permanent Field Sales role with a 4x4 crew cab vehicle & phone, and the opportunity to earn bonus on top of the base salary.

  • Increase Revenue Profitably / Increase Utilisation

  • Work both on Building Sites and Client Offices

Skills & Requirements

The Ideal Candidate For The Plant Hire and Sales Manager Role Will Have:

  • Previous Experience in One or More of The Following Roles: Area Sales Manager; Business Development Manager; Technical Sales Representative, Key Account Sales, or Field Sales
  • You Will Need Previous Experience within the Plant Hire Industry
  • You Need To Commit to Deliver Excellent Customer Service
  • Successful Track Record In Field Sales
  • You Must Be Confident Using IT Software
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Able To Identify & Develop Sales Opportunities
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
