HGV Class 2 Driver – Powered Access (3226)

Working for a National Powered Access Hire company, we need a HGV Class 2 Driver based in the Barking, East London area, to deliver and collect equipment around Greater London and the South East. Must have previous experience delivering a range of Powered Access equipment (MEWPS), equipment including Scissor lifts, Booms etc. This is a permanent full time position, working 5.30am - 4.30pm / 4.30am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday plus overtime at x1.5, thus would suit an early riser.

As a HGV Class 2 Delivery Driver - Powered Access Hire, Your Job Role Would Include:

• Delivery and Collect Equipment around London and the South East
• Load and Unload, Safely Secure Plant Equipment for Transportation
• Daily Vehicle Checks
• Undertake Administrative Tasks including Completing Delivery Tickets Accurately
• Present a Professional and Positive Attitude when Delivering on Customer Sites
• Maintain Health & Safety To HSE & Company Standards

The Ideal Candidate for the HGV Class 2 Delivery Driver - Plant Hire Role Will Have:

• Previous Experience in One or More of The Following Roles: Delivery Driver; HGV 2 Delivery Driver
• You Will Have Previous Experience within the Powered Access Equipment Industry
• Full Clean Driving Licence – Class 2
• CPC Qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• IPAF
• Good Knowledge of the Local Road Network
• Good Communication Skills
