Working for a national Tool Hire provider, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual, experienced in delivery driving in the Dorset area. Joining a small team, driving duties will include delivering and collecting construction tools and small plant. Whilst you'd be driving an open back Transit type van to deliver tools, you will also sometimes be required to deliver larger equipment towing a trailer, thus the C1E entitlement on your drivers licence is required to allow for towing. As part of a small team you will also be expected to help out in and around the depot as required.

Key Responsibilities

As a 3.5t Delivery Driver - Tool Hire Your Job Role Will Include:

  • Delivering and collecting construction Tools and Small Plant
  • Be responsible for your vehicle, completing driver checks as required
  • Complete delivery and collection paperwork
  • Keep the yard and storage areas organised and tidy
  • Help out in the depot as and when required


Skills & Requirements

The Ideal Candidate for the 3.5t Delivery Driver - Tool Hire Will Have:

  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential
  • Experience towing a trailer
  • C1E entitlement
  • Organised, able to prioritise workload
  • Literate, able to complete paperwork as required
  • Customer friendly approach
